CBSE launches facial recognition system for 10th-12th standard students, now marksheet can be downloaded from face reading on app
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a new system for downloading marksheets and other documents for 10th-12th standard students. Students will now be able to download their documents from Digilocker only from Aadhaar and mobile numbers. The board has launched a facial recognition system for downloading documents, which will allow students to download their documents anywhere.
The difficulties of foreign students will be overcome
CBSE spokesperson Rama Sharma told Bhaskar that students will also be able to access the new system through Digilocker. This technology will be very helpful for students who have forgotten Digilocker password or their mobile number or are unable to open Digilocker for any other reason. Especially foreign students who do not have Aadhaar card will be able to easily download their marksheets and certificates anywhere through this system.
How will the facial recognition system work?
Rama Sharma said that this is an application software, which will match the photo like the details of the students already stored in the database by reading the face and then the students will get their documents and certificates. Students will be able to download these documents at their convenience. Once the student's face matches the digital image in the database, they can access and download it. The application is now available on "Exam Manjusha" and Digilocker digilocker.gov.in/cbse-certificate.html all 2020 records.
