 PM Modi launches 'Swamitva Yojana', find out what will benefit more than 1 lakh people:-




With this initiative of the government, the property owner will be able to download the property card from the link found on the SMS on his mobile phone.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the SVAMITVA scheme.  Prime Minister Modi will launch the scheme by issuing property cards to about 1.5 lakh people.  The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) has called it a historic initiative to bring about change in rural India.  A scheme has been launched to distribute property cards under 'Ownership' scheme to real estate owners who are the medium of video conferencing.  With this initiative of the government, the property owner will be able to download the property card from the link found on the SMS on his mobile phone.  The concerned state government will physically distribute the property card.




The scheme will benefit 763 villages in 6 states.  These include 346 villages in Uttar Pradesh, 221 in Haryana, 100 in Maharashtra, 44 in Madhya Pradesh, 50 in Uttarakhand and 2 in Karnataka.  Beneficiaries from all states except Maharashtra will be able to get a physical card in 1 day.  While in Maharashtra, it may take 1 month to get this card.

Residential land under the ownership scheme will be measured by drones.  The drone will create a digital map of each property in the village seam.  As well as the limits of each revenue block will be determined.  Which house is in which area, it can be accurately measured by drone technology.  State governments will create property cards for every household in the village.




The scheme will enable the real estate owner to use his property as a financial asset.  It can be used for other financial benefits including loan application.  This is a special scheme started by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj of the government.

Prime Minister Modi has spoken to the beneficiaries of the ownership card since the launch of the scheme.  "Now no one can take a bad look at your property," the PM said.  In this regard, PM Modi further said that today 1 lakh people are feeling powerful after getting the card.  This scheme has brought a historic change in the lives of the people living in the village.  "Today you have a right, a legal document. Your home is yours and will be yours," he said.  This scheme will bring a historic change in the villages of our country.

Prime Minister Modi has launched the ownership scheme through video conferencing. Property cards will be distributed to about one lakh people after the launch of the scheme. The card can be downloaded via a link sent via SMS to the mobile phone.


Importantly, the scheme, launched under the Panchayati Raj Ministry, will benefit one lakh people in 763 panchayats in six states. These include 346 panchayats in Uttar Pradesh, 221 in Haryana, 100 in Maharashtra, 44 in Madhya Pradesh, 50 in Uttarakhand and two in Karnataka.


After the launch of the scheme, Prime Minister Modi spoke to people who have been given ownership cards by the central government. "Now no one can take a bad look at your property," the PM said.

Meanwhile, the recipients of the card said that getting the property card has given them social and economic strength. In a conversation with the PM, he told the cardholders that the card has made it easier for them to get a loan from a bank, as well as a dispute over their assets in the village.
