Amazon is planning to launch its Future Engineers program in India. It includes job posting tips. The company launched the program in the US last year. Its purpose is to impart knowledge about coding and computer to the students with the help of computer science class. The company is currently hiring a manager to lead the Amazon Future Engineer program.


Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said in January this year that he would invest 1 1 billion (more than Rs 7,000 crore) to digitalize small and medium businesses in India. The Indo-US alliance will be the most important in the 21st century.


Headquartered in Bangalore

According to a TechCrunch report, Amazon is planning to launch a Future Engineers program in India in 2021. Research is underway for Amazon Future Engineer in India. The process of selection of candidates for it is underway. This program is to meet the needs of Indian students. For this, the company will be headquartered in Bangalore.


According to data shared by Amazon, Amazon's program has reached more than 5,000 schools and 5.50 million students in the United States.


100 students will get a scholarship of Rs 7.32 lakh

The Amazon Future Engineer program aims to develop students who are under-presented and under-served each year. For this, 100 students will be given a scholarship of 10,000 10,000 (approximately Rs. 7.32 lakhs) every year. Students who receive the scholarship will also receive a paid internship in their first year of college.


Amazon has previously announced an investment of over 5 6.5 billion (approximately Rs 47,586 crore). The company will invest 1 1 billion in it this year. Amazon has also been told to create millions of jobs in the country by 2025.


Amazon launches JEE Ready

Amazon launched the JEE Ready app in July last year. It is currently called Amazon Academy. This app helps students to prepare for IIT-JEE. According to UNICEF data, there are more than 1.5 million schools and 250 million children in the country.

Like Amazon, Google and Microsoft have long been interested in students. Facebook has invested in Educate start-up Unacademy earlier this year. So CBSE has provided a digital safety and augmented reality platform for students.
