IDBI Bank launched banking service on WhatsApp in October last year

IDBI Bank has launched Video KYC facility for customers. Under this facility, the customers of this bank will now be able to open a savings account at home. The bank has launched Video Account Opening (VAO) facility for opening a savings account. With this facility, there is no need to go to the bank to open an account. The customer does not even need to fill any physical form for this. The bank has launched a fully contactless and parallel facility under VAO.


The process of opening an account at home IDBI


First you have to go to the official website of IDBI Bank https://www.idbibank.in.

In this you have to click on Video KYC option. The link to the video KYC will then open.

You will then be taken to a new page. After filling in all the information, click on continue.

Then enter your page number and click continue.

You will then receive an OTP on the e-mail, enter it.

Fill in your personal details.

Fill in the account details and click continue. Your application has completed.

The WhatsApp banking facility was launched last year

IDBI Bank launched a banking service for its customers on WhatsApp in October last year. Basic banking services are being easily provided to all customers through this facility.
