Zee Bureau, Ahmedabad: Whether we want to know the location or the distance between two places, we all use the same application, which is Google Maps. The exact location of the destination can be obtained through navigation. Google Maps has made many of people's problems easier. And now this app has come to compete with the indigenous self-reliant app. Which lets you know the location just like Google Maps. MapMyIndia and ISRO have teamed up to create a map like Google.
ISRO and MapMyIndia are working together to create a self-contained app. According to information received from MapMyIndia, satellite image and observation data will be made available by ISRO. This data will facilitate navigation through the MapMyIndia app. "This indigenous app will prove to be a milestone," said Rohan Verma, CEO of MapMyIndia. We don't have to depend on foreign app after this app comes. According to the company, the app will be available for free. This app will work just like Google Maps.
Prime Minister Modi praised
PM Narendra Modi has tweeted about this indigenous app. The Prime Minister tweeted that this app will prove to be very useful in a self-reliant India. This will make navigation easier with maps on mobile. This is India's own app.
