1 September New Rules :Rule change alert Five rules including bank and insurance changed from today Big changes that will directly impact common mans pocket from September 1

 From the first date of the new month i.e. September 1, five rules including bank, insurance and toll are changing.  This will affect your pocket.  There will be relief in insurance premium, toll burden on the pocket will increase.


 PNB: If there is no KYC, then there is a problem for the account holders

 Punjab National Bank (PNB) has asked its customers to get KYC done by August 31 at any cost.  Failure to do so will result in problems for the account holders from September 1.  PNB has been warning customers by sending messages for a month.


 Toll tax: now more pockets will have to be loosened

 Toll tax on Yamuna Expressway will increase from September 1.  Under this, small vehicles will have to pay 10 paise more toll per kilometer.  Large commercial vehicles will have to pay 52 paise more toll per kilometer.


 Property: expensive to buy due to increase in circle rate

 Now you have to spend more money to buy the property.  The government has decided to increase the circle rate of Ghaziabad.  The circle rate has been increased by 2 to 4 percent.  The increased circle rate will be applicable from September 1, 2022.


 Insurance: Agents will get reduced premium due to less commission

 Insurance regulator IRDA has changed the general insurance rules.  Under this, the insurance agent will now get only 20 percent commission instead of 30 to 35 percent.  This will reduce the premium of the people and they will get relief.

 Debt expensive: 0.05 percent hike in MCLR

 PNB has increased the marginal cost of funds based lending rates (MCLR) by 0.05%.  This increase, applicable to all tenor loans, is effective from September 1.  The bank said, for a period of one year, the EMICLR will now be 7.70 percent, which was 7.65 percent earlier.
