 Regarding the functioning of UDISE 2022-23.


 You are well informed that every year on the 30th of September, information is gathered in the UDISE form of all the schools having classes 1 to 12 of the state.

 From the year 2018-19, UDISE has been extended and made online UDISE+ (Extended|DISE) by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.  Under the National Education Policy, 2020, the goal is to achieve 100% Gross Enrollment Ratio from pre-school (pre-primary) to secondary by 2030 and to identify dropout children who have left school and bring them back to the education system.  From the academic year 2022-23 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, the existing Data Capture Formal (DCF) under DISE has been divided into 3 (three) sections namely Profile & Facility, Teacher and Student in which a new section of Student wise Data has been added so that the current year 2022-  On the 23rd, you have to get the details including the names of the students of all the schools from pre-primary to class 12 in your district.



In the annual budget prepared for the educational planning of the primary, upper primary, secondary and higher secondary levels at the district level and state level according to the entire Shiksha Yojana and in making policy decisions related to educational policy planning and education.


 The U-DISE data is used as a basis at the state and national level, in addition to the process of providing free admission in class-1 to children belonging to weaker and disadvantaged groups in unaided private primary schools under Section-12(1)(c) of the RTE Act, 2009.  Under NMMS-National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Exam, the U-DISE code of the school is mandatory in the form of students filling online at the school level as well as the recruitment of teachers.



 Only UISE's annual teacher record is considered as a basis for teachers' experience in the process,

 Additionally, you can easily get your district's enrollment rate, dropout rate, schools information, enrollment and teacher information from UDISE.  Also, the performance grading index (PG) ranking is done from the information of UDISE, from which the rank of the state district in the education sector across India is determined.  So you are aware of the importance of UDISE DATA.


Clause-12(3) of Right to Education (RTE) Act 2009 and Rule-13(1)(4)(h) of Gujarat Right to Education Rules 2012 and condition-10 and 17 of specimen conditions of Annexure-2 thereto  According to every school it is mandatory to provide this information all the above mentioned schools are required to be registered under UDISE.  

Regarding this In the year 2022-23, all the schools are asked to plan for UDISE information, if any school refuses to provide this information, it will be reported to the BRC, CO of that area.  and C.R.C.  Co.O.  The primary responsibility of getting UDISE information from the school is CRC, to make them understand the importance of UDISE form and the RTE Act by sending them face to face.  Co.O.  and B.R.C.  of K.O.  However, if the school does not provide the information, the accrediting authority may take punitive action up to the immediate cancellation of the accreditation of such school.


 The district level has to take necessary action regarding the functioning of UDISE+ keeping in mind the following points,

 (1), District MIS.  Co-ordinator Username of district in UDISE+ online application

 And you have to verify the details of your block-wise schools by logging in with Password.  (R), District MIS.  The CO has made a list of operational schools in the academic year 2022-23 and in the UDISE+ online application, the details of the schools such as school management, school category and school status (Operational, Close, Merge and Sanctioned but Not Operational) etc. must be verified.


(3).  Block M.I.S.  CO. Go to User Management by logging into the UDISE School Management Module with the Username and Password of his block and go to all the Government, Ashram Schools, Government Granted (Granted) Private Schools (Non-Granted), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School of his block.  , Sainik School as well as other central government run schools have to LOGINDCreate


 (4) The District Project Office will coordinate with the staff of the District Education Officer, Taluka staff to LOGIN on the UDISE website with the CRC Co-ordinator and organize training on how to fill the details of the UDISE form online.


 (5).  All Government, Ashram School, Government Granted (Granted), Private School (Non-Granted), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School and other central government run schools from the school level have to make entry in DISE online application.  (6) C.R.C.  The Co-ordinator has under his control all the Government, Ashram Schools, Model Schools, Model Day Schools, RMSA Schools, Granted (Granted) and Private (Non-Granted), Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Railway Schools, Sainik Schools and other Central Govt.  in schools.


 In the presence of Ruber, the school principal and other responsible officials should be given a complete understanding of how to fill the OGIN and UDISE+ form at the school level.  (7).  The CRC Co-ordinator has to ensure that the school completes the online entry of all the information in the UDISE+ form within the time limit specified by the State Office, and also verifies the details filled by the school in the hard copy of the IS DCForm filled in the online application by the teacher and SM.  It has to be done on the spot in the presence of the chairman of C.  Principal of the school, if any defect is found, it should be rectified immediately after bringing it to the attention of the Principal.  Only then the school has to submit the filled DISE+ DCF Form with the principal's signature.


 However if If any error is found in the information filled, all the responsibility will be on the CRC Co-ordinator, (8).  Filled form C.R.C.  Before taking back from level to taluka level, BR,C.CO.  Two all CRCCOs.  UDISE+ forms of all the schools under their control have to be certified 100% verified.  (9), all BR, CCO.  15% of all the schools in their taluk form themselves

VI.  District Quality Education and Monitoring (Teachers Training) COA BRC.  Details of training and number of school visits to CRCOs, training to school teachers, details of Anganwadi and Kindergarten in the school complex, pre-primary section (Nursery, Junior K, and Senior KG,  ) details as well as the text book information received by the school has to be verified.


 VII.

 District Alternative Schooling Access Co. provides transportation for school children,


 Details of residential schools, details of out-of-school children, Government and Granted Secondary and

 All details related to Vocational Education functioning in Higher Secondary Schools have to be verified.

 VIII.  From the year 2021-22, 99% information related to Performance Grading Index (PGI) Ranking is done from the data shown in UDISE+, so all District Coordinators have to verify the details of UDISE indicators covered in Performance Grading Index (PGI).



 (12).  At the taluka level, the Taluka Primary Education Officer has to verify the details of the organization and nomination of teachers of government schools, the information of the children admitted to private schools under 25% under RTE,



 (13), The District Education Officer and the District Primary Education Officer shall jointly plan all meetings and training programs regarding UDISE+ and the Officer shall review the performance of the same from time to time.  (14), the cost of training related to UDISE← will have to be borrowed under management hand in the budget of the current year.

All the staff of education should complete the above work within the time limit and also (District Education Officer, District Primary Education Officer and Administration Officer) understand the importance of USE information and hold a review meeting on the progress of this operation every week to review the performance, Profile & Facility, Teacher Department of all schools in the district online operation  By 10 Februarv, 2023 while the online operation of Student wise Data is said to be completed by 31 March, 2023.
