For CM Urban Development Scheme, Rs. 4563 crore provision
In the budget, under the Golden Jubilee Mukhyamantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana, for the municipalities, corporations and urban development authorities of the state, Rs. 4563 crore has been provided. At the same time, under Amrut Yojana, 8 Municipal Corporations, 23 Municipalities for water supply, sewerage and storm water disposal and transportation facilities of Rs. 650 crore has been allocated.
Government of Gujarat in Gift City Rs. Will invest Rs 100 crore
Economic activities in Gujarat International Finance Tech City (Gift City) have increased and so has investment from the country and abroad. Nitin Patel said in the assembly that in the coming days, Rs. A capital investment of Rs 100 crore will be made. Gift City currently has more than 200 companies from sectors including banking, insurance and finance.
Rs. Allocation of 700 crore
The state government has provided Rs. 1 crore to Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara and Gandhinagar Municipal Corporations as well as Dahod Municipality under the Smart City project. 700 crore has been allocated. At the same time, Ahmedabad, Surat and Gandhinagar have been given Rs. 568 crore has been given.
