Petrol-diesel prices may fall

A decision may be taken to reduce excise duty and VAT by March 15. At present, the price of petrol exceeds Rs 100 in some cities. So people are suffering. The price of crude has doubled in the last 10 months. So the central government is in discussions with the states to reduce VAT and excise duty.
