If you forget to log-in to your Facebook account at Office or another device, anyone can spy on your account. But the information of the spy can be obtained.

First click on the three dotted lines that appear on the Facebook ride side

Then click on Facebook's setting option

Where you will see the Security and Login option

Then you will see the option of Where you are logged in

This is how to stop spying on an account

If you think you are being spied on from another device, first log-out your account on that device

For that you have to click on the three dotted points on the right side of the device where you are logged in.

After clicking, the Review Log in page will open.

Read Report 

You can then log-out your account from that device. You can also choose the Secure Account option.

Here you will see two options Not you and Log Out.

Users can secure their account by clicking Not You.
