Boost
the immune system
If
the body’s immune system is low then the
person suffers from cold, flu, fever etc. for time to time. Vitamin C boosts
the body’s immune system. Nature has give us so many foods that are rich in
vitamin-C. By adding these readily available items to our diet, we can boost
the body’s immune system.
As
the COVID-12 epidemic spreads across the country, the world is battling the
virus and trying to stop its spread. Doctors agree that people with strong
immune system are better equipped to administer the Novel Corona virus. Sadguru
here shares some ways to boost the immune system naturally.
1.
Neem
and turmeric benefits
Neem
leaves are available all over india except in mountainous areas, and turmeric
is available anyway. They are currently making what is called nano-turmeric,
where the rate of absorption is higher then that of ordinary turmeric.
A
simple thing you can do every day is to drink eight to ten leaves of neemand a
little turmeric in warm water. If you drink this on an empty stomach , your
ability to fight off external organisms is greatly increased. Not that it will
work right away, but in three to six weeks, you’ll notice a slight difference.
This is something that everyone can bring into their own homes. It is already
in most homes in South india but probably not in other parts of the country, so
we should bring this up.
2.

four to eight weeks, a singnificant improvement in a person’s immune system can
be seen.

Now
people are at home. If they just sit
around, and during the day if they keep eating or drinking something, they will
make themselves more sensitive. The simple thing is to stay physically active.
This few weeks is a good time for us to get used to being healthy. If you don’t
know anything else, at least jog at a different time each dayin the empty
space- fifteen minutes at a time, five to sie times a day. The body will try to
handle things better.
6.
Chant
manters to increase warmth
“Yoga
Yoga Yogeshwari” is about producing samat prana or heat in the mantra system.
Something called heat and cold, which is translated into English as heat and
cold, but does not mean exactly that. It indicates that direction, but it does
not mean that. If you produce enough samat prana and create heat in the system,
your immune system will work better. This chanting will generate a certain
amount of energy in the immune system, as it generates heat.
7.
Keep
yourself happy
Mental
distress is one way to keep the immune system down. Staying fully energized,
happy and happy is also an easy way to keep your immune system and body
function better.
Ahappy,
sensitive and responsible human being can handle situations better then one who
is very serious about everything. Especially if you are in a panic, you are
paralyzed. It is very important that all your disciplines are in place, that
your body and your brain work and respond in the way that is needed.
Exercise
or sport
According
to research, children who exercise regularly for 30 to 40 minutes five days a
week are 50 to 60% lees likely to get sick then other children. Reguler
