Banaskantha government school teacher's unique experiment, teaching students by writing difficult words on his clothes

Today's Positive Story: Banaskantha Government School Teacher's Unique Experiment, Teaches Students by Writing Hard Words

Banaskantha 2 hours ago Author: Mukesh Thakor

A unique learning effort has been made by the teacher to make the students remember easily.

Parents are also applauding the teacher's unique effort in street education

A 'teacher' in social life is a person from whom society has infinite expectations. The teacher should have a clear goal of making the student an ideal human being. He is going to form students who have strength in body, devotion in heart, victory in instinct and discipline in nature '- these are the words of Nilambhai Patel, a teacher studying in a small village in Banaskantha district. Nilambhai Patel has been imparting street education to the children for more time than last year due to closure of education in schools during the Corona period. While imparting street education, Nilambhai Patel wears clothes with difficult words and mathematical examples written by the students so that the students can easily remember the difficult words of mathematics and language.

Try not to forget the students

Nilambhai Patel, a teacher at Harinagar Primary School in Kankrej taluka of Banaskantha district, said that students could not come to school as educational work was closed during the Koro epidemic, but activities ranging from online to street education were going on as per government order. Even after reading, they forget, so they thought of doing this experiment so that they can easily remember the hard thing during street education.

The board made the clothes

Nilambhai said it is not necessary to have boards everywhere during street education. I wrote everything on my clothes for the kids chirping at school, so that even when I was teaching something else, if the children's eyes were constantly on me or my clothes, the students could easily see the words and math examples that they found difficult. Sounds funny too.

The teacher's clothes became the center of attraction

To teach the children, Nilambhai Patel paints the alphabet, Hindi, Gujarati words, addition-subtraction process on his own clothes, so that the children do the teaching work by looking at the text on their clothes. With schools now closed, the government is trying to provide education through virtual classes, home learning and the Internet. This unique street education imparted by Nilambhai Patel in Teva has become a center of attraction among the people.

Education will be given in this way till the school starts

Teacher Nilambhai Patel said that the Koro epidemic has been going on for about twelve months. There are no more children chirping at school. Concerned about the education of children, the government has tried to provide education through home learning, virtual classes, education through video link. Street education is said to be provided till the schools are opened. Teachers are teaching from street to street. Then I have made a small effort to impart knowledge to the children with fun by writing addition, subtraction, multiplication, difficult radical letters like x, gn, and twin words on my robe on my everyday clothes.

Parents also applaud the effort

Regarding the way Nilambhai Patel studies by writing on his clothes while going for street education, the parents of the students said that the hard work done by the teacher for our children is commendable. Our students have changed a lot in this way. Students also remember this effort a lot. Even math patterns have now become easier for students. We applaud the hard work done by Nilambhai Patel.

Granted Higher Secondary Qualified WAITING LIST

Rooms are packed to the rafters when it comes to catching a foreign flight with your family.  Even if the flight is a week later, do you have to start packing now?  Big or small, if not thousands, then hundreds of things have to be packad in bags and airline owners do not have the slightest conscience to come home and pack their bags!  Will sit at the typical airport to weigh and even if the load of four of these increased the luggage to pay this big extra luggage charge!  If those people come home and see that the whole room is full and the goods are scattered, there are more things not to take than to take.  The room we go to has the same stairs.  If there is a slight increase in humanity among the airlines, we should send 4-5 airhostesses home to help, so that we don't bother those people too much after boarding the flight!  Nowadays, airhostesses are like Sister Jamna and Sister Champa, so you don't have to worry about WiFone, not just airlines.  After 15-20 years of marriage, Wifoney keeps on saying that Gordhan is no longer wrapped around my back, so what to invest in this Champa-Jamna?  So back to the test.  If there are heaps of luggage scattered here and there in the rooms, you have to tick the list carefully, that sports shoes have arrived.  Ten pairs of pants-shirts and 40 dresses of wife were packed.  Now no one wears a sari and there are no slacks or ready-made pants like here and there, but you have to take it.  No, no, there are more bags than that.  It is not easy to remember what to put in the bag and what to put in the bag after filling.  Let's go and record everything in a small diary, but half the house is broken in finding that diary!  Sweat is released there, when everything is full, I don't remember where to put the increased luggage back, and I don't remember where to put it.  When we come back to India, we have to take the same goods back to work and even if we have to come back after five years, but there are some such expensive things in India that are just given to someone as a gift?  … A family was growing all over the increased luggage ... in which bag to fill them?  When it comes to London-Fundon, I remember my late mother-in-law with her famous hiccups.  All over the world, Tattan Hidkio has not seen or seen anyone other than him.  Sardar Patel became the 'Iron Man' in the country, but the column 'Iron Woman' was left blank till today.  The iron one if anyone was strong was my in-laws.  No matter how much you melt, don't melt!  For as long as I can remember, he was 88 years old.  Without thinking of any of us!  Both his sons live in London and visit Bane once a year.  But this iron woman will shed tears on the day both 'brothers' are to return to London.  Both sons are not like her mother or her strong 'Banevi'.  Poor good and totally naive men.  If a man has reached 88-89, then how long does it take to stretch?  How do boys break up after traveling abroad and as a son-in-law on this side, even if we don't have to do any intellectual work, is it really a work of hard work to save the mother-in-law or not?  According to the Kathiawadi accent, if the boys leave all the work at the poor caste dining hall and come to the kitchen, the Maharaja has called the boys to pick vegetables.

So when his mom is sitting in the bed with half a bed, cutting the areca nut, the brother takes the consolation, 'It must be ... God really liked it ... Talk to you soon!'  But when it comes time for the sons to go back, the former, like Shabri, is helpless and has collapsed in bed and will make a heart-rending sound like a green chitnis and say, "Yes, brother ... go, you!"  I will not be ready for the second time!  Just.  Don't forget to believe this is your home and come to my house with two buckets of buzzer ... ('buzzer' means' sneeze ') Samo is so pathetic that both brothers' eyes get wet and I want to see them for the last time, going with such dreams  -Keep looking.  ‘Better not to be pushed now ...!  This is the sixth time but Ba is still in good health.

Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Notification Out for 25 Assistant Commandant (Civil/Engineer) JOB Posts 2021

Invisible shadows: The mansion was the same, but the scene was years ago

 Jagdish McWan 4 hours ago

Manthan was blown away by the movie 'Tumbad'.  There was a similar mansion in the village of his ancestors.  The mansion and its ancestral farms spread around it.  Thus there was no special price for land.  Even if two-five crores come, the property was completely deserted due to the quarrel with the uncle and the court case.

CRPF Important Date & Days :-

  • Starting Date of Offline Application - 30 June 2021
  • Last Date of Offline Application - 29 July 2021 Upto 6 PM

The nobility quarrels of the ancestors were bloody.  There was no accounting for the corpses that fell from generation to generation, but Manthan's uncle was made of different clay.  A wanted reconciliation in court and peace between the two families.  But Manthan was a scoundrel.  Walking to his ancestral Chile, Manthan disposed of his uncle and planned to deliver his uncle's son and aunt to Yamsad.  The treasure in the movie 'Tumbad' made Manthan wonder if there would be any such treasure in the mansion.  If his ancestors were able to build such a big mansion in those days, then they will have a lot of money and jewelery, right?  So where did it all go?  Would it still be somewhere in that mansion?  If Manthan finds the treasure in Chhanama, he doesn't have to give it to his uncle's family, but there was no ghost doshi like 'Tumbad' here, who would tell him where the treasure is hidden.  Now?  What to do  After wandering around the mansion like a fool for two days, he became convinced that if he did not find a ghost like Doshi in the movie 'Tumbad', he would have to forget about treasure, but where to bring such an ancestor?  The elders who knew about the treasure had cut each other's throats years ago and reached the top.  After much thought, a solution came to his mind.  Google.  He typed on Google - How to call a ghost?  In response he found some enigmatic ways to approach the ghost.  He liked one of these ways.  Calling ghosts through mirrors.  He bought a large life-size ion.  Arranged it in the mansion.  At twelve o'clock in the morning, he lit seven candles in front of the mirror.  He sat right in front of the mirror and made a small incision with a knife on his finger, dripping blood on a candle and saying, 'Some Holy Spirit should come ... Some Holy Spirit should come ...' He uttered this sentence for about ten minutes,  But nothing happened.  So he changed the sentence, ‘Sam ghool shud kum ... sam ghool shud kum ...’ and ... a sudden chill spread in the air.  One by one all the candles were lit.  It was pitch dark.  Manthan flinched.  Suddenly there was a sound of explosion and the ions shone with light.  Manthan's eyes widened.  After a while, the light became normal and Manthan's eyes got used to it.  When Manthan looked in the mirror, it was as if the door of the mansion had opened.  The mansion was the same, but the scene was years ago.  As if the door of time has opened for Manth!  It's as if Manthan has reached the past with the help of a time machine!  Manthan raised his legs to go inside, but what is this?  Her uncle was standing inside.  The uncle who killed Manth himself.  Manthan's cataracts died when he saw his uncle standing in front of him.  It happened that he died now!  But there was a smile on uncle's face.  Uncle’s ghost said, ‘Don’t panic Manthan.  The treasure you seek is in the basement.  I’ll show you the way to get there myself. ’But Manth didn’t take a step forward.  Uncle’s ghost said, ‘As long as a man is alive, he is in love with wealth.  Let me see this ... what do I have?  Both my hands are empty.  What did I get out of the nobility's enmity?  My soul is wandering.  Why am I not liberated? ’Manthan’s uncle continued with pain in his voice,‘ Because, my soul has not yet been freed from bondage.  I'm worried about my son and my wife.  I know that you are planning to kill them both. 'Manthan's aunt was relieved to hear of Uncle's ghost.  He lifted his legs to run away, but his feet seemed to be stuck to the ground.  He cried out in fear.  Her uncle’s ghost spoke sympathetically, ‘Don’t be afraid of me.  I will deliver you to the treasure, but in return I want only one promise from you.  Forget all the animosity.  The whole treasure star in this mansion, but in the treasure you will find an old, useless, dirty glass bottle.  Just give that bottle to my son.  Ball, is it allowed? ’‘ Granted. ’Manthan replied. After working hard for weeks on end, Manth took home all the treasures, including the bottle, and then killed his aunt and her son.  Then he took the bottle from the treasure and sat down to inspect it.  In appearance it was a normal bottle.  Manthan opened the bottle.  As soon as the bottle was opened, it became so hot that it was burnt.  Manthan panicked and left the bottle.  The bottle exploded as soon as it hit the ground.  One of these flags appeared and Manthan sighed before he could think of anything. ‘Why did you want to give that dangerous bottle with the flag to your son?’ Manthan’s ghost questioned his uncle’s ghost.

Because, I know you rogue.  I knew you would kill my family and open that bottle too. 'Manthan's uncle's ghost laughed at him and said,' The reason I was not released was not because I could not give up my love for my wife and my son, but  The reason was that I had to take revenge.  What if I couldn't take revenge?  After death, I took revenge. 'Upon hearing this, the ghost of Manthan got angry and attacked his uncle's ghost, but his uncle's ghost flew away in the air and left Manthan's ghost to burn in the fire of revenge.

Government's new plan: India will allow vehicles to have ethanol-based flex engines, saving Rs 30-35 per liter

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has decided to allow an ethanol-based 'flex fuel engine' in India.  “We are going to start this scheme and it will start in three months,” he said.  This will greatly relieve the rising prices of petrol and diesel.  In many places in the country, the price of petrol has reached Rs 107 per liter.

Gadkari said other countries in the world like Brazil, the US and Canada have flex engines, which are powered by agricultural products and encourage automakers like BMW, Mercedes and Toyota to develop vehicles running on alternative fuels.

Ethanol will be available at Rs 60 to Rs 62 per liter

He said that turning to locally produced ethanol would be helpful for a country like India, which relies on imports of crude oil to power the transport sector, which would reduce pollution and also save costs.  Ethanol costs between Rs 60 and Rs 62 per liter, while petrol is priced at more than Rs 100 per liter.  However, the caloric value of ethanol is low.

 What is a flex-fuel engine?

A flex-fuel engine is an engine that runs on more than one fuel.  It usually uses gasoline with a mixture of ethanol or methanol fuel.  Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the deadline for achieving the target of blending 20% ethanol with petrol has been extended to 5 years i.e. 2025.  It aims to reduce pollution and reduce dependence on imports.  Previously, it was targeted to blend 20% ethanol by the year 2030.

There will be savings due to lower prices

Alternative fuel ethanol costs Rs 60-62 per liter, while petrol costs more than Rs 100 per liter in many parts of the country.  Therefore, the people of the country will save Rs 30 to 35 per liter by using ethanol.  "I am the transport minister. I order the industry that we will have not only petrol-powered engines, but also flex-fuel engines," he said.  People will have the option of using 100% crude oil or 100% crude oil.

 Companies make ethanol models

Citing TVS and Bajaj as examples, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has asked more manufacturers to develop their ethanol models.  He said Indian automakers, including TVS and Bajaj, have already developed two-wheelers to run on ethanol and are asking their peers to develop their own models.

Tarishi Jain, a resident of Lucknow, started a new handmade kids wear business from her home three years ago.  They are marketing handmade sweaters for young children, fancy dresses online across the country including Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan.  He has employad more than 250 people.  Most of them are women.  Last year, his company's turnover was more than Rs 2 crore.

Tarishi did her Masters in 2011 after graduating from Architect.  He also got a campus placement in a multinational company.  He worked in the architect sector for about 4 years.  Meanwhile, Tarishi's marriage also took place.  In 2014, she took leave from office due to pregnancy and shifted to Ahmedabad with her husband.  Tarishi's husband Nivesh was working in a good position in a company there.

How did you get the idea?

In 2015, Tarishi gave birth to a daughter there.  His mother-in-law also came to Ahmedabad to look after him.  Meanwhile, her mother-in-law made a frock for her granddaughtar.  Tarishi says that this frock was unique and also had a great look.  When I posted a photo of my daughter in that frock on WhatsApp, my friends demanded it for their children as well.  There was nothing like business in my mind then.  I thought if they felt good I would make it and give it to them.

After that Tarishi first learned to work with her mother-in-law and then made some frocks and gave them as gifts to her friends but this did not stop there.  One by one, common friends and relatives started demanding this type of dress for their children.  Some even placed paid orders.  Then I thought this could be done and I took the order, but the problem was that I couldn't do it alone.  I needed someone's help.  After that my sister who worked in my house helped me.  And we fulfilled our first order.  He was then joined by two or three women.  Who knew the work of sewing etc.  In this way my work began to grow slowly.

As the demand grew, so did her husband

Tarishi, 35, says he did not rejoin the job when demand increased.  I realized that this work could be started on a commercial level.  Now I have to move on from this job instead of going back to work.  After that I paired some other women with myself and started sending dresses to people’s homes by courier.  In 2018, Tarishi launched her own website ajooba.in and started online marketing across the country.  Then one by one their customers started growing and they kept increasing the quantity and quality of the product.  In 2019, her husband Nivesh also quit his job and started helping Tarishi.  This helped Tarishi a lot in marketing.

 How is the product prepared?

More than 200 women are associated with Tarishi.  Under them are thousands of women working in different groups.  They have collection centers in 6 states including UP, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana.  Sample design and raw material of dress is sent to each collection center as per demand.  For that he has tied up with some cotton mills.  After the dress is ready, it is brought to their head office in Haryana.  Where Tarishi's team checks its quality.  It is then packaged to order.

Tarishi has tied up with some courier companies.  Through which they supply their product.  They are currently marketing more than a dozen varieties of kids products.  It includes all types of dresses for use by children up to 5 years old.  Recently he has also started a business of some items for home decoration.  All these products are handmade.

 What marketing strategy to adopt?

Tarishi says he initially marketed his product through word of mouth.  He then started using social media and online platforms.  They say હું I used to post photos and videos of my product.  People also liked it.  In this way the demand for our products gradually increased.  Then we tied up with some e-commerce websites.  Our product is currently being sold on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart.  According to Tarishi, they are getting 200 to 300 orders every day.  He has also recently shipped his product to Canada.  They are going to contact the retailers soon.  So as to expand the scope of their business.

How can you start this business?

Tarishi says demand for handmade products is everywhere.  Everyone wants their baby dress to be unique.  This type of product is not easily available in shops, especially in big cities.  Most people shop from online platforms only.  Budget is not a big issue if one wants to do this kind of work.  Tarishi started this work at a cost of less than Rs.500.  The most important thing for her is to reach out to the kind of people who do hand sewing etc.  These working women are easily found in villages or small towns.  Once you have a network of these women you will have to focus on marketing.

For this you have to keep the design and look unique along with the quality of your product.  You also have to do research on it. When is the trend going on?  What kind of product is available in the market and how can you give a new look?  Then you have to plan for the price.  People don't buy expensive things quickly.  So in the first few days you have to work on maximizing customers without focusing too much on profit.

The first major incident of its kind took place in Mumbai.  Held a vaccination camp on May 30 at Hiranandani Heritage Society in Kandivali area of Mumbai.  390 people were vaccinated.  The fake vaccine was discovered when no one showed post-vaccination symptoms after being vaccinated.

People's suspicions were heightened when they were given a certificate of vaccination.  Going to the hospitals whose names were written in the certificate, when the people of the society inquired, they found out that the hospital had not set up any such camp in the society.

Similar cases have been reported in West Bengal.  Here a man claiming to be an IAS officer had set up vaccination camps at various places, in which many people were vaccinated.  TMC MP and actress Mimi Chakraborty has also fallen victim to the fake vaccine.  Police arrested one of the accused on Mimi's complaint, which led to the interrogation revealing that the camp had been given a dose of antibiotics instead of the corona vaccine.

Have there been similar cases in other parts of the world?

Yes, there have been cases from many countries around the world, ranging from fake vaccines to fake certificates.  In the United States, a card is issued after vaccination, which is proof that you have not been vaccinated.  This type of fake vaccination card started selling on eBay, Shopify and other e-commerce sites.

In April, 80 people in Mexico were charged with administering a fake Pfizer vaccine.  The revelation came after seeing Vial's packing and bench number.  In this way Pfizer vaccine was prepared in Poland and people were given medicine to treat Zuria.

How is the game of fake vaccines going?

In Mumbai, two people affiliated with a company called SP Events approached a member of the society where the fake vaccine was administered and talked about setting up a vaccination camp there.  A vaccination camp was held on May 30, in which 390 people were vaccinated and a dose of Rs 1260 was taken.  No one was given a certificate of vaccination at this time.

In Kolkata, a man identified himself as an IAS officer and organized a vaccination camp for transgender and disabled people.  People in the camp were given free vaccines.  The man invited TMC MP Mimi Chakraborty as the chief guest at the camp and vaccinated her.

According to Mimi, the man said that if you get vaccinated in the camp, other people will see you and be inspired to get vaccinated.  Mimi did not receive any vaccination confirmation message after the vaccination, which she complained to the police.

Bhaskar spoke to Dr. Poonam Chandani to find out the answers to some of the questions.  Dr. Poonam Chandani is currently supervising the sampling of corona patients at Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital in Bhopal ...

How long will the message and certificate be after vaccination?

You will receive a confirmation message within 5 minutes of being vaccinated and you will also receive a certificate on the Covin portal within 1 hour.  So if somaone tells you that we will give the certificate later, you can ask the reason.  The vaccine scam that took place in Mumbai said that we will give you a cartificate after some time, but the certificate is available in an hour.

A teenager says enthusiastically, "Dad, I want to be a pilot when I grow up!" His father is happy and responds, "Great! Which plane do you want to fly? Boeing 747? ’The teenagar looks at his father in surprise and says,‘ Oh no! I want to be a drone pilot! 'Dad immediately goes to the internet and finds out about this to find out if he is a drone pilot! This is the story of many houses!

Welcome to a new world of new businesses! Gone are the days when a child could only be a doctor, an engineer or a lawyer. New businesses are being created with the changing needs and understanding of human society. The world is changing so fast that now there is more need to guide their parents than children about emerging businesses! Future professions include coders, artists, painters, data analysts, robotic designers, cyber forensics experts, counselors, etc. Climate change has also brought many new businesses - sustainable and organic farming; Lifestyle Jupiter; Health and wellness specialist; Environmental writers, researchers, lawyers, etc.

Personally I think the healer’s business will play a very important role in future businesses. These healers will be a combination of many types such as - Energy Healing, Spirituality, Psychology and Intuition. The current epidemic has taught us the importance of mentel resilience. There is a special need to change the definition of health workers as we are now well aware that the physical body can only recover when the balance between mental state and psyche is proparly maintained. And the field of health and well-being is not limited to human beings. I participated in a panel discussion held in Paris on the topic - inter-racial communication; That means communicating with animals and understanding them. Then I met animal healers who could find and cure their diseases through intuitive communication with animals.

There is a lot of talk these days about giving children employment-oriented skills; But it is impossible to get employment without proper capacity. And this ability can be inside the child or it can be acquired and developed from external sources.

The biggest gift for a learning child is our help - to find out what their own strengths, skills and passions are and what they want to do with their lives. But as easy as this is to say, it is just as hard to do! The sad fact is that most children do not know what they want to do with their lives.

Now the need is for us to encourage our children to try to find out for themselves in what field they want to go. Every child is equipped to make an incomparable contribution to this world. Let me give you an example, one of my old students - Shikhar Kamat - is involved in a unique business. He is a mentalist. It can read not only traditional magic but also human minds! Anyone sitting in the audience on stage can guess the credit card password correctly! This child not only had the courage to listen to the voice of his own heart, but also the skill and willingness to work hard to get it. Her shows and workshops bring an anero joy and surprise to the audience which is much needed in such times.

Adolescents often make these choices under the pressure of peers (other children their own age) or even their own misconceptions about the profession. The solution to this misunderstanding is very simple. Let them work in this field - through a school project or through your own acquaintances - as an assistant. This will give them a true picture of the field.

Nowadays children have a wealth of information so that they are more aware of what is going on in the world. To be honest parents need to listen to the child and motivate him to explore and express ideas. Many parents tell me that they never 'pressurize' their child and that they have the freedom to decide what they want to do. But in their conversations, they inadvertently give more value to a single business. For example, praising a relative - who is a doctor or an engineer - and saying 'you are just like that'. This is a sign for the child and it builds up in his mind that he too should grow up and become one!

Teenagers often choose a business based on their parents' expectations and unfulfilled ambitions. I have seen parents forcing their children to learn to dance, to play cricket or to become engineers. They are also successful, but at what cost? The young woman who spent years teaching dance has left today. Not only that, he is disgusted with dancing! The young man who finished engineering kept going into depression and after he got out of it he left all this and became a musician. Her conversation with her parents is closed. The parents suffer because they sacrificed everything so that one of their sons could have a stable career, but they did not give their child the right to choose what his heart wanted.

And to be honest, the right way to choose in such matters is to listen to the heart rather than just the brain or the intellect because that thing gives us pleasure. And the thing that makes us happy is that we feel 'work'!

Standard - 6 to 8 Science Technology Subject context has created an interactive Usful game

The individualization of teaching has always been the subject of a fairly active discussion in the academic community, where sometimes differences of opinion have occurred.  Representatives of one point of view said that it is even more acceptable to have formal rules governing the style of pedagogical communication, while others argued for the preservation of complete independence in this regard, on a predetermined right teachers  believe.  The science of controversy goes far beyond the details of this research, and sometimes without, it must be recognized that academic communication, however, like any other, can rarely be "formatted" into something generic.  By rules, standards and regulations.  Addressing one of the expressions of both the professional and general culture of the teacher, it nevertheless, as always, contains elements of affinity. It reflects an internal understanding by everyone of some of the issues that are involved in teaching.  .

For the first time this problem was explained, as a scientist, by the German psychologist Kurt Lewin.  Today, this field of knowledge holds a rather broad field, developed perspective and theories of dubious hypotheses, a general property which must be recognized that any of the points of view that exist on this issue cannot be denied indiscriminately.  There are sayings.

Modern psychological and pedagogical science considers the following styles of pedagogical communication as the main ones.

The democratic style is not focused on the assessment of a person participating in the communicative process, but on the facts of his social behavior.  Important features of this style are aggregation in the discussion of tasks and decision-making, the predominance of horizontal forms of interaction over vertical, the tendency to develop and spread various organizational forms of student self-management.  The democratic style encourages the development of initiative and independence, giving students confidence in their abilities.

The teacher, at the same time, depends on the opinion of the students in the formation of their own determination as teachers of their own pedagogical status.  In this "form" of communication, the teacher is the first among equals, who owns the right to the decisive word on the basis of authority.
