These employees will not get the benefit of gratuity, pension and PF, know what has changed in the rule

These employees will not get the benefit of gratuity, pension and PF, know what has changed in the rule

The government has changed some rules due to which some employees will no longer get the benefit of gratuity, pension and provident fund.

The central government has now changed the rules for some members. Now they will not get the benefit of PF, gratuity and pension. This amendment has been made in Rule 13. The government has said that these members will no longer be considered eligible for pension and PF (Provident Fund), as they cannot avail the two services at the same time.

Who will not get this benefit?

As per Central Government directives, the members of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) Tribunal will not be given the benefit of gratuity, pension and PF. In addition, the tribunal membership will be placed in the full-time employed category, which means that they will have to resign from a service.

Why not benefit?

Earlier, serving High Court or Supreme Court judges were sometimes appointed as Chairman or Member despite their current service. So they were entitled to pension and other benefits. But now if a serving Judge of any Court is appointed as the Chairman of the Tribunal or as a member of the Tribunal, they have to resign from their substantial service or take voluntary retirement from service before joining the Tribunal. They cannot avail both at the same time.

Lawyers were excluded from the benefit

The revised tribunal rules say the change comes at a time when the central government is in the process of setting up a GST Appellate Tribunal for expeditious disposal of pending tax cases and litigation. Earlier, the government had barred lawyers from becoming judicial members

Children's understanding

In order to boost Peer learning as expected in the National Education Policy 2020, it has been decided to form Kindergartens in every school in the state from Class 3 to 12. In each school there will be four groups within Kindergarten, in which the children will be divided into four groups without any caste discrimination. Educational activities like basic reading, writing, arithmetic and pre-preparation for periodical assessment tests, subject-based quizzes etc. will be done in kindergarten.

Co-educational activities like prayer meetings, special day and festival celebrations, sports etc. will also be organized through the kindergarten. Kindergartens will facilitate the work of teachers by increasing the participation of students in school activities and developing many skills in students like leadership, team spirit, sense of responsibility, self confidence etc.

Peer learning is the process of students learning with and from each other. Teaching and learning activities are typically facilitated through student-led workshops, study groups, peer-to-peer learning participation, and group work. Simply put, peer-to-peer learning occurs when one or more students teach other students.

Today Important Educational Circular

Today Important Educational Circular

Friends, we are not just in the role of teacher. Along with the teacher, there is also the duty of guardian. In the same way, parents have to be ready for the role of teacher when the children have been at home for a year and a half in this difficult time of the epidemic. No degree is required in this. Learning may be less but there is calculation, there is experience, there are memories and there is affection and even more than all this, a special child needs the time and support of his parents. Because the child has missed a lot in this epidemic situation. In addition to education, teachers' affection, games and fun with friends at school and on the street, school co-curricular activities and much more ...

There is a Gujarati proverb, 'The fire of the house went to the forest and the fire spread to the forest too'. Stress at home due to financial reasons, grief when someone in the family or relative is infected or dies and the pain of not being able to live with anyone in this situation Disagreements between parents, scenes of cheetahs and corpses seen on TV, scary stories at home and people responding to allegations in a heated debate on TV, some fake news and scary videos on social media, corona defending and forcing children to drink Experiments make children mentally uncomfortable. His daily routine has been disrupted.

There are two classes in society. It is unsafe for one to go out but it is more difficult to stay at home without roti so it is a compulsion to stay out of the house and after a whole day of labor and wandering, take a little or come home empty handed and go to bed tired. This frustration results in domestic violence.

In the affluent class on the other hand it is not a question of what to eat, how to spend time but the question of which of the many options to choose. Order a pizza or a burger online? Make Idli or Puranpoli? Watch a webseries or a movie? Hours spent on laptop / computer in the name of chatting or social media or work from home.
