Royal Enfield's Meteor 350 bike to launch on November 6, priced around શક્યતા 1.68- ₹ 1.78 lakh

Royal Enfield has been testing its upcoming bike Meteor 350 for a long time and now the company has announced its launch date. Royal Enfield has also started sending out media invites. According to it, the bike will be launched on November 6. Many specifications of this bike have already surfaced on the internet. The Meteor 350 is being launched as a replacement for the Thunderbird series. According to reports, its price may be between Rs 1.68-1.78 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike will be launched in three variants Fireball, Stellar and Supernova, which can especially appeal to youngsters.
This will be the first Royal Enfield bike to be built on the new J platform and the same architecture will be used in the next generation Classic 350.
Speaking of the powertrain, the bike will get a new 349cc single-cylinder SHOC air-cooled engine, which will be slightly more powerful than the current 346cc BS6 engine but will get less than 1Nm of torque.
According to reports, the new engine will generate a maximum power of 20.2bhp and a peak torque of 27Nm and will be mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine's refinement level as well as the gearbox have been improved.

However, as the engine is fitted to the new double cradle chassis, the vibration is expected to decrease as well as the ride quality and handling.
The Meteor 350 range will be sold with a standard tripper navigation system and will also have a new twin pod instrument cluster with digital read out and mobile charging.
The meteor design will see better upgrades than the outgoing Thunderbird. However, the overall shape of the bike will remain the same as before. But it will give a fresh feel.
Bike highlights
It can be seen in the teaser that it has LED day time running light in the round shape headlamp and the handlebars allow an upright riding position and the mirrors mounted in it are also round shaped.
Other mechanical highlights include 41mm telescopic front forks, twin shock absorber in the rear, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, 300mm front disc and 270mm rear disc, which comes with dual channel ABS system.
