Vaccination of people above 18 years of age will begin
From May 1, all people over the age of 18 will be able to get the vaccine. Registration by Covin for the vaccination will be required as before. Registration has started for it. 80 crore people will get 5 kg of grain free in next two months
In the second wave of Corona, the government has re-launched the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana to help the poor. Under this, the central government will provide 5 kg of foodgrains free of cost to each poor person in the months of May and June. Under the scheme, about 800 million people in the country will be able to get free foodgrains.
The central government imposed a nationwide lockdown during the Corona transition last year. Meanwhile, under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana for the poor, every poor person was given 5 kg of wheat or rice per month and each family was given one kg of free chickpeas. The scheme was launched in March for three months. It was later extended to 30 November 2020.
LPG cylinder prices may change
On the first day of every month the Central Government announces the price of LPG cylinders. On April 1, 2021, the price of LPG cooking gas was reduced by Rs. Earlier, the price of a gas cylinder was hiked by Rs 225 five times from December to March. In Delhi, unsubsidised gas cylinders are currently being sold at Rs 809.

Withdrawing money from Axis Bank will be expensive
