    Dizziness

    Loss of appetite.

    Abdominal pain.

    Lymph node enlargement.

    Excessive sweating.

Itching or rashes on the skin. Lymph nodes are special glands found in different parts of the body, especially in the neck, under the ears and in the armpits. It is full of lymph i.e. white blood cells. It protects us during any infection.

Q. Can there be side effects from taking covacin?

Side effects of taking Covexin from Bharat Biotech ...

Pain, redness, or itching at the injection site.

    Headache.

    Fever.

    Feeling sick

    Body aches.

    Nausea.

    Vomiting

    Rashes

Unexpected side effects are also possible ...

According to Bharat Biotech, some serious and unexpected side effects of covacin can occur.

It also includes an extremely rare allergic reaction. Contact a doctor or vaccinator immediately if this happens.

Q. How can side effects be minimized?

Q. Can we already take the medicine when the vaccine causes side effects?

According to the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), side effects should not be taken before taking the vaccine. You may not get the side effects you are taking.

Q. How long does the side effect of Corona vaccine last?

The most common side effects of the corona vaccine last for 24 to 48 hours. If someone has this symptom for more than that, they should consult a doctor.

Q. How to overcome the fear of getting an injection before getting vaccinated?

Remember that only a small pain can save your life.

Take a deep breath in slow motion.

Do not look at the needle.

Q. What precautions should be taken at the Vaccine Center immediately after vaccination?

The vaccinator will give you the vaccine and tell you to stay for 15 minutes, which can protect you from an immediate allergic reaction. Follow this instruction and stay in the center as needed for 15 minutes.

Also follow social distance at the center. Vaccinate only after wearing a mask.

Make sure there is no blood coming from the injection site. If there is bleeding, show the vaccinator immediately.

The vaccinator will tell you about possible side effects, listen to it carefully.

Paracetamol is being administered at most vaccination centers. In case of fever or body aches, you should take the medicine at home as per the dose prescribed by the vaccinator.

Q. What to eat and drink after vaccination?

Do not work hard for 3 to 4 days after vaccination. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes in the meantime. This will make the side effects of the vaccine less likely to become serious.

If you are avoiding anything before the vaccine, follow it. This way you can have a normal diet after the vaccine. Drink as much liquid as possible, such as coconut water, juice, etc.

Q. When is a person considered fully vaccinated or fully vaccinated?

Two doses of both vaccines currently available in India are being given. The second dose is given 12 weeks after the first dose of AstraZeneca Covishield, and there is an interval of 4 to 6 weeks between the first and second doses of Covexin of Bharat Biotech. In such cases the person is considered fully vaccinated or fully vaccinated two weeks after the two doses of the vaccine.

Q. If I have been given a dose of Corona vaccine, will I not get Corona now?

You may get corona even after taking a single dose of corona. So it is important that you follow the precautionary measures like mask, social distance, hand sanitization, avoid going out of the house if not necessary, avoid going to crowded places to avoid corona.

Q. If I have taken both doses of the vaccine, will I not get corona?

The corona vaccine prepares our immune system to fight off viruses by identifying them. At least two weeks after taking both doses of the vaccine, the body develops immunity against the virus. The efficiency of any vaccine in the world is not 100%. This means that corona can occur even after both doses.

The government has instructed that even after taking both doses of the vaccine, avoid wearing masks, social distance, hand sanitization, going out of the house without work, as well as avoiding crowded places.

Q. Can corona be caused by covishield or covacin?

The coagulant vaccine of AstraZeneca does not contain coronavirus i.e. SARS-CoV-2. Similarly, Bharat Biotech's covacin is a vaccine made from inactivated coronavirus. It is clear that neither of the two vaccines currently available in India is likely to cause coronary heart disease.

Q. My friend said that one should wear a mask in a room alone for a week after receiving the vaccine, is this true?

Rumors are circulating that the vaccine contains coronavirus, in which case one should wear a mask after vaccination and stay in another room so that the rest of the family does not get coronavirus.

Q. People say that a person who does not have a fever after taking the vaccine is not affected by the vaccine, is that so?

Fever is one of the most common side effects of taking the corona vaccine.

Not all people need all kinds of side effects after getting the vaccine. In such a case, not having a fever does not mean that the person will not be affected by the vaccine.

Q. The post of French Nobel laureate Luke Montagnier claiming that people will die in two years if vaccinated is going viral, how true is this?

In fact this post is part of an interview. In which Montagnier said that mass vaccination is a 'medical error with a scientific error'. This is an unacceptable mistake. Corona vaccines are becoming new variants. Nowhere in the interview did Montagnier say that people who have been vaccinated against corona will die in two years. He says new variants are emerging from the Corona vaccine. This is fake news. Stay away from such rumors and actively participate in the vaccination campaign to avoid corona

Q. Even after getting vaccinated, many people are getting coronary heart disease. What is the benefit of getting vaccinated in such a situation?

No vaccine for any disease in the world is 100% effective, not just coronary. Studies in the UK and Brazil found that the effectiveness of AstraZeneca's Covishield vaccine was 66.7% 14 days after the second dose. As well as in America the figure was 100%. Bharat Biotech, on the other hand, says that in the third phase of the trial, the effectiveness of covexin was 81%. Clearly, very few people can get corona even after vaccination. But that doesn’t mean there’s no benefit to taking the vaccine. The vaccine protects against corona but also prevents serious illness if the corona occurs.

The benefits of evening exercises in the corona

The benefits of evening exercises in the corona

Exercise in the evening to improve metabolic health, reduce the risk of heart disease and keep blood sugar under control

People are currently facing another wave of Corona. Doing all kinds of exercises to stay healthy. According to a study conducted in Australia at such a time, evening exercise can improve your metabolic health as well as help control heart disease and blood sugar.

Your doctor may have mentioned metabolism too many times, but did you know that evening exercise is more effective for metabolic health than morning.

New research on exercise timing has shown that there are many benefits to exercising in the evening instead of in the morning and the biggest benefit is to your metabolic health.

Only men on a high fat diet were included in the study. The reason women were not included was that women's metabolism slowed down during periods. The men involved in the study found a lot of difference from the evening exercise. While those who did the same exercise in the morning did not see much difference.

What is metabolism?

The process of digesting and converting what we eat and drink into energy is called metabolism. Simply put, it is the process that converts calories into energy. Our bodies need energy all the time.

The process of metabolism in the body lasts for 24 hours. Even when we are at rest. Energy is also required for the body's internal functions such as blood circulation, breathing, repairing cells, etc. during sleep.

There are two types of metabolism

There are two types of metabolism. BMR (basal metabolic rate) and RMR (resting metabolic rate). Even at rest, our body consumes energy.

RMR consumes 75% of the calories we consume throughout the day. The remaining calories are for digestion and other physical activities.

The connection between metabolic health and evening exercise

Every tissue in the body has a molecular clock that sends a message every day to show the effects of sun, food and sleep. This molecular clock coordinates with the biological system for all processes taking place inside the body such as raising and lowering blood sugar, energy, muscle strength, appetite, heart rate, body temperature, cell division.

According to the study, evening exercise may be beneficial for people who do not have good routine and metabolic health. Especially for those who wake up late at night and sleep late in the morning.

Scientists from the Mackie McClelland Institute for Health Research at the Australian Catholic University, published in Diabetology in May, asked people who changed their exercise time to follow a high-fat diet. 24 overweight Australian men were selected for it. The scientists first examined their aerobic fitness, cholesterol, blood-sugar control and other aspects related to health, asked about their eating habits and told them what to eat during the experiment.

Volunteers were given a high-fat diet

Their diet contained about 65 percent fat, as the researchers wanted to know how the timing of the exercise could affect metabolism and blood sugar control. For five days the volunteers ate only fatty foods and continued to be tested. The researchers divided these volunteers into 3 groups. One group was asked to exercise at 6.30 am, another group was asked to exercise at 6.30 pm and a third group was asked not to exercise.

Good results were seen in people who exercised in the evening

Men's cholesterol rose rapidly after the first five days of eating fatty foods, especially LDL, which is the most dangerous. Molecules responsible for metabolism and heart disease were also found in his blood.

The group that was exercising in the morning did not have much effect on the increased cholesterol and changes in the blood.

While cholesterol dropped rapidly in people who exercised in the evening, the changes in their blood related to heart disease and metabolism also gradually improved. In addition, their blood sugar was quickly controlled when they fell asleep after a workout.

The effect of a high-fat diet was quickly reduced by evening exercise

Trian Moholt, an exercise scientist at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, who led the study as a visiting researcher in Australia, said that eating high-fat foods improved his body faster than evening exercise. This is not the case with people who exercise in the morning.

However, this study does not explain how evening exercise proved to be so effective for metabolic health, but Moholt believes that it also affected the molecular clock, which led to these changes.

What Is New Policy Change For Gmail, Google Drive And Google Photos For 1 June 2021

Until now, Google has unlimited storage facilities for high quality back-up on photos.

Now you have to pay Google for extra space than 15GB

Google's storage policy is set to undergo a major overhaul from June 1. The back-up file on Google Photos will now count to Google's 15GB of free storage. Until now, photos were backed up by Google Unlimited Storage for high quality backups, which meant 15GB of storage apart from photos.

How will Google's use of this policy change? How do you manage Google Space? How much do you have to pay Google for extra space? Let us know the answers to all these questions from the area ...

----------------------------------------------------------------------

What is changing in the policy?

Google will now give you only 15GB of free storage for data storage. One account lets you take advantage of Gmail, Drive, Photos and other Google services. Currently, any content uploaded to Google Photos is not counted in the 15GB free storage. From June 1, Google will also count high quality photos and videos backed up on photos in 15GB of free storage. Gmail, Drive, Photos and other Google services will be able to store a total of 15GB of data on one account.

In addition, after June 1, 2021, Google may delete your data if you do not use Google for 2 consecutive years or do not upgrade after the data limit has been met for 2 years.

For example, if you haven't used Google Photos for 2 years in a row, but have used Drive and Gmail, your photos' data will be deleted, meaning the data for the Google product you are active on will be protected.

______________________________________________________________

What should I do to free up storage from Google Photos?

You can select and delete unnecessary photos and videos on your account. https://one.google.com/storage/management You can get help with this management tool.

Here you can delete large files of Gmail, Photo and Drive.

The storage manager will specify your storage limit according to the backup frequency and file size.

You can also manage which folder of the phone you want to select backup for photos.

You can also reduce the upload quality of photos, videos, so that less storage is consumed.

The company says it will take about 3 years for the average Google user's storage limit to be met.

______________________________________________________________

How to increase storage capacity?

Unnecessary files, even after deleting the photo, if you need more storage, you can buy storage from Google. Google has launched a separate app called Google One for this. You can buy monthly and annual plan as per requirement.

What will happen to the current content on Google Photos?

Google has made it clear that data before June 1 will not be counted in free storage, meaning that backups to Google Photos before June 1 will not be counted in 15GB of free storage. You can download these files. However, if you edit these files after the storage is full, the edited file cannot be downloaded.

Which users will not be affected by this new policy

    Users using Google Pixel phones

Users who have already upgraded to Google One

    Users using Google's business services

______________________________________________________________

What currently counts in Google's free storage?

This includes files stored in Google Drive, Gmail and Google Photos.

Google Drive

Photos, videos and documents in the "My Drive" section of the drive.

Deleted files within the "Trash" section of the drive.

Gmail

    Mail and mail attachments.

Mail and files inside the Spam and Trash folder.

Google Photos

Photos and videos backed up in original quality.

What does not count in Google Storage

Files of other users shared with you on Google Drive.

    Data from Google Sites.

Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gemboards and Drawing Data.

______________________________________________________________

What's the difference between Google Drive and Google Photos?

Both of these Google services are used for backup. Photos are specially developed for photos and videos. So you can back up all kinds of files in Google Drive. Videos and photos with pdf, word files can also be uploaded to the drive, but the content of the drive cannot be edited or managed like photos.

How does Google Photos work?

Makes digital copies of whatever photos and videos you have in your phone and stores them in the cloud. These files can be accessed from anywhere with a Google Account, as well as downloaded, edited, managed and shared.

Where is your data saved?

Google has built data centers around the world for data storage. It’s kind of the brain of the internet. This data center houses the user's data store.

Where does Google make money if it offers everything for free?

All Google services are free up to a limit. Google then charges for the use of its services. The current storage policy change in Google Photos is part of Google's paid subscription model. Google will charge you after using 15GB of free storage. Google's other service works the same way.

  Read For Report

Google's biggest source of income is advertising. Google charges for advertising on its own and other websites and apps. Google's AdSense program is for that. Apart from this Google offers many kinds of services to the business. It includes services including storage, books, Google Apps, web hosting and cloud platforms.

WhatsApp's new policy will not allow users to send messages or make calls unless they accept it

WhatsApp has over 200 million users worldwide

If the company does not accept the policy, their account will be deleted, the company said

Messaging app WhatsApp's new policy has been under discussion since February this year. There was strong opposition when WhatsApp first introduced a privacy policy. The company then avoided the policy, but the company again wrote in its blog that, we are changing our service and privacy. The change is related to WhatsApp messaging between the business and our customer, the company said on May 15. WhatsApp has over 200 million users worldwide.

If the company does not accept the policy, their account will be deleted, the company said. However, the company has not deleted any account yet, but users will not get the service of many features of WhatsApp.

Change in data privacy policy

According to WhatsApp's blog, business can now be alerted on WhatsApp. Whether or not to take the business chat option is up to the users. You can block the business from your contact list if you wish. You can interact with the customer on a large platform with the help of a business account. Their questions will also be answered soon.

The company said that the private data of the users is very secure. WhatsApp is constantly asking users to accept the policy. For this he is also sending alerts on the app.

Message and call feature service discontinued

Users who do not accept the policy will not be able to view the alert list, but will be able to answer missed calls and video calls. The company may ban the WhatsApp messaging and calling feature after about a week.

Chat history can be kept in mobile

Users can keep chat history in the phone if they do not want to accept the new policy. Once the account is deleted, users will be removed from each group. They cannot delete message history. Their WhatsApp backup data will also be deleted.

Changed the policy for business chat

The company said in October last year that WhatsApp wants to make shopping easier for people. People will be able to make direct purchases using the app. Most people use it to chat with family and friends. It will also boost his business.

WhatsApp head Will Cathart said on social media that the company has updated to bring transparency to its policy and provide information on optional features of People to Business. It needs to be clarified that the update has been made to provide business related information. This will not affect our policy of sharing data with Facebook.
