 3. Election card xerox of any member of the household

 4. Passport Photo

 In order to ensure that maximum number of voters can participate and exercise their right to vote in the upcoming Lok Sabha General Elections, the Election Commission has launched a special brief rectification campaign of Electoral Rolls to include voters who completed 18 years of age on January 01, 2024 and prepare an up-to-date electoral roll without defects.  .  In which the dates of the special campaign day under the Special Brief Reform Program of Electoral Roll-2024 have been changed.

Dated 26/11/2023 (Sunday) and Dated 09/12/2023 (Saturday), Dated 05/11/2023 (Sunday) and Dated.  03/12/2023 (Sunday) has been fixed as a special campaign day.

At present, 2,51,54,900 male, 2,36,03,382 female and 1,427 third caste voters are registered in the electoral roll, totaling 4,87,59,709 voters.  All of whom have been included in the Photo Electoral Roll and all have been allotted EPIC (Voter Identity Card).  Besides this, a total of 50,677 polling stations have been fixed after reorganization.

 The next date 05/11/2023 has been fixed as a special campaign day during the period of special brief reforms across the state.  On this day, Booth Level Officers will be present at the respective booths from 10.00 am to 05.00 pm and will make the electoral roll available for citizens to see face to face.

In addition, eligible youth and citizens of the above age group can fill the online form on Election Commission's Voter Helpline App and VSP for registering their names in the voter list and for entering, correcting or reducing names in the voter list.

The final publication of the electoral list will be done on 05/01/2024 after disposing of the claims received during this electoral roll reform programme.  This electoral roll can be found at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer, the office of the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, the Chief Electoral Officer in Image PDF format, the website of Gujarat at https://ceo.gujarat.gov.in and the electoral roll of all the assembly constituencies of the district at the office of the District Election Officer.  .
