આ સિવાય ઉપાય કરવા માટે હળદર, આદુ, સિંધવ મીઠું અને મધની જરૂર પડશે. આમાં હળદર અને આદુ તો દરેક ઘરમાં આસાનીથી મળી આવે છે. આ સિવાય જો તમારા ઘરે સિંધવ મીઠું અને મધ નથી તો તમે તેને ઘરે મંગાવી શકો છો.
ઉપાય કરવા માટે સૌથી પહેલા કાળા મરી લઈને તેને એક વાસણમાં કાઢી લો. કારણ કે આપણે તેને ગરમ કરવા પડશે. તમે જાણતા હશો કે કાળા મરી એકલા શરદી અને ઉધરસ ની સમસ્યા દૂર કરી શકશે નહીં એટલા માટે તમે જે પ્રમાણમાં કાળા મરી લીધા હોય તેના કરતા અડધી સંખ્યામાં લવિંગના ટુકડા લઈ લો. જોકે ધ્યાન રાખો કે લવિંગ આખા હોવા જોઈએ
હવે કાળા મરીને જે વાસણમાં નાખ્યા હતા એમાં લવિંગ ઉમેરી લો અને તેને ગેસ પર માધ્યમ આંચ પર ઘી અથવા તેલનો ઉપયોગ કરીને શેકી લો. જ્યારે તે બરાબર શેકાય જશે ત્યારે તેનો રંગ બદલાઈ જશે.
ત્યારબાદ એક વાસણમાં લવિંગ અને મરીના પાવડર ને કાઢી લો અને તેમાં આદુનો રસ ઉમેરો. જેના પછી હળદર, મધ અને સિંધવ મીઠું મિક્સ કરીને ગોળીઓ બનાવી લો. જેના પછી તમારે તેનું દરરોજ સેવન કરવું જોઈએ. જોકે યાદ રાખો કે તેનો ઉપયોગ સવારે ખાલી પેટે અથવા રાતે સૂતા પહેલાં કરવો જોઈએ.
જો તમે આ ઉપાય એક સપ્તાહ સુધી કરો છે તો તમારી સમસ્યાઓ દૂર થઈ જશે અને તમારા બધા જ રોગો પણ દૂર થશે.
હવે તે વાસણને ગેસ બંધ કરી ને નીચે ઉતારી લો અને કાળા મરી તથા લવિંગને બહાર કાઢી લો. જેના પછી વાસણ માં આદુનો ટુકડો નાખો અને વાસણ ગરમ હોવાને કારણે તેને શેકેવા દો. આ માટે ગેસ શરુ કરવાની જરૂર નથી.
હવે તમે જે કાળા મરી અને લવિંગ લીધા હતા તેને બરાબર ગ્રાઇન્ડ કરીને તેને પાવડર સ્વરૂપમાં ફેરવી લો. તમે તેને ખલમાં વાટીને અથવા મિકચરમાં દળીને પાવડર સ્વરૂપમાં ફેરવી શકો છો.
હવે આદુને વાસણ માંથી બહાર કાઢીને તેના પરથી છાલ કાઢી લો. ત્યારબાદ તેને એક રૂમાલમાં વીંટીને બરાબર વળ ચઢાવો. જેનાથી આદુમાંથી રસ બહાર નીકળશે અને તમે તેને એકઠો કરી શકો છો.

It’s a hugely important time in a child’s development and, as any parent will probably tell you, children of this age are curious about just about everything. Indeed, some studies report that the average 4-year-old asks about 437 questions per day! Naturally, this means that there’s a lot of incoming information for a young brain to process, and so the things that tend to stick generally have a strong emotional appeal. That’s largely due to the fact that when a person (adult or child) experiences an emotional moment or event, the brain releases the neurotransmitter dopamine, which makes it easier for the person to recall that moment with greater accuracy as they grow older. 5. Remembering is really an act of storytelling. People often need to creatively fill in certain gaps so they can complete the narrative of an event so that it makes more sense to them over time. However, children below the age of 7 have less developed narrative skills and so struggle to keep their earlier memories in later life. This all changes as older children begin to acquire a greater command of language and context since these things help them anchor their memories on more specific details relating to time and place. In essence, the memory is stored in the brain as a kind of story in which the person remembering is the central character. According to the American Psychological Association, remembering the past in this way helps to reinforce a person’s independence and plays a vital role in allowing them to respond confidently to the world around them with their own thoughts and feelings.

Psychologists believe that reading stories to children at an early age can help develop a child’s narrative skills. This is because stories help stimulate parts of the brain that can place the reader/listener in the role of other characters in the story (this is known as neural coupling). Storybooks that feature strong images or illustrations alongside the text may be even more effective as the brain processes images some 60,000 times faster than it does text.
