How to use Dark Mode on Mac
In Dark Mode, many of the operating system’s brighter features go black or gray, including the dock, trash can, menu bar and system panels.

Effect can be pretty dramatic, as you’ll notice that colorful images pop more on the display.

Macs with macOS Mojave don’t come with Dark Mode turned on, but the process to turn it on or off is simple.


How to use

1. If you’re unsure, check if you’re running macOS Mojave ( → About This Mac)
2. Open System Preferences
3. Choose General in the top left corner
4. Click Dark located in the top center of the window

Turn on Dark Mode

1. From the Apple menu , choose System Preferences.
2. Click General.
3. From the Appearance options at the top of the window, select Dark. This feature is available only after upgrading macOS Mojave.

Dark Mode

Dark Mode is currently only available for Macs using macOS 10.14 (Mojave).
When you enable Dark Mode on your Mac, Evernote will automatically switch to the dark color theme.
To enable Dark Mode on your Mac
1. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
2. Click General.
3. Next to the Appearance options at the top of the window, select Dark.
