Amazon has launched an additional privacy control after launching the new Alexa and Echo Evis. Under this, Echo Device will automatically delete your recordings.

New Delhi: Amazon has launched an additional privacy control after launching the new Alexa and Echo Evis. Under this, Echo Device will automatically delete your recordings. "Now you can make sure your white recordings are saved," said Karthik Mitta, director of Alexa Privacy (Amazon). If you do not select then Alexa will automatically delete it.

All subsequent saved recordings can then be deleted. You can still ask Alexa for a transcript of your recording 30 days after the recording was deleted.

A user can also delete his voice recording one by one by day and month. This can be done with an Alexa enabled device.
