We suffer from stress by not making lifestyle changes after an epidemic, be happy in small things to stay motivated and keep changing over time

Corona has wreaked havoc in the world. More than four crore people have fallen ill. The economy of every country has come to a standstill. Millions have lost their jobs. Even school-college is still closed. People have been suffering from depression and stress for about 7 months. There is a great need to motivate yourself in such a situation.

An assistant professor at Harvard University, Dr. "We are treating ourselves as we did before the epidemic," Danielle said. This is the biggest cause of stress and demotivation. To avoid stress and stay motivated, we have to live in a new situation, think in a new way.

"The more busy you are, the less you will think and be happy and the more motivated you will be," he said. You can also enlist the help of family and friends to stay motivated.

Keep yourself and your friends motivated in these 4 ways:

1. Change yourself over time

We should not forcibly feel like we are in a normal state, but should try to adapt properly to the changed situation. We cannot accept the new situation as long as we keep running away from change. Its effect will also be seen in our nature which will cause trouble.

Dr. "We have to adjust our hopes to the changed situation," Danielle said. Never think that you can do nothing. If you think so, you will be more demotivated.

2. Get help from family and friends

We must make ourselves flexible to face every situation. But two factors can affect our flexibility. The first is our body language and the second is our mindset. Both of these need to be adapted to any situation. We can be flexible if we succeed in doing so.

We should also be able to deal with stress because, whenever there is trouble in life, it is normal to get stressed. You can share your problems with family and friends if you want. Doing so will give you social support, which will help reduce your stress and will also motivate you.

3. Find a reason to be happy

"If you suffer from anxiety or stress, do small things that make you happy," writes Liz Fosslin, writer of No Hard Filling.

"You have to be mentally prepared to enjoy," he wrote. You don't have to go out or do anything big. Everyone has a reason to be happy, they need to find it. This method is no less than a medicine to cope with stress and anxiety. It may prove to be more fruitful.

A lot has changed in 7 months, but the element of staying motivated is still old. We need to change and understand that. The most important thing is to think less. Thinking too much can lead to insecurities for career, job and family. This causes stress.

Keep yourself busy as much as you can to think less. Give yourself a task that keeps you busy all day.

4. Change the lifestyle

The pre-epidemic lifestyle we can't live in right now. Now the world goes the other way. If you do nothing you will not be able to motivate yourself and only stress will arise. Now we need to change the lifestyle.

Dr. “This job is challenging, but we have no other choice,” says Danielle. Life needs to be disciplined to reduce stress. Even a little carelessness can be overwhelming. Even a short break can cause stress and depression.
