CBSE Scholarships: CBSE seeks applications from Single Girl Child Students for various scholarships, students can apply till December 10.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has invited applications for various scholarships from girl students. Girl students who have passed 10th standard in CBSE schools in 2020 can apply for CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child for 12th standard studies. In addition, students who applied for the scholarship in the year 2019 can also renew it.
The last date to apply is 10 December
Students must submit their applications for this scholarship program by December 10. According to the official notification issued in this regard, students will have to submit a hard copy of the application form on or before December 28. The board also clarified that hard copies received after the deadline will not be submitted.
You will get Rs.500 per month
The purpose of this scholarship given by the board is to give a scholarship to a talented single girl child who has passed the CBSE 10th standard examination with 60% or more marks. This amount is distributed on the basis of merit. Under this, an amount of Rs. 500 is given every month. Scholarships offered under the scheme will be paid for two years.
