The state government has made an important announcement before Diwali for state employees. State government decision to give bonus to employees
Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said that the state government has decided to give bonuses to Class-IV employees so that they can celebrate Diwali with enthusiasm in view of the upcoming Diwali festivities. After discussions with Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, the state government has given Rs. Diwali gift is given by giving bonus up to 3500 limit. This will benefit state government employees, panchayat employees, employees of university affiliated colleges, employees of non-government schools and colleges and a total of 30,960 class-4 employees of grant-in-aid institutions.
6 months dearness allowance was not paid
Patel said the government's revenue has declined due to corona in the state. Many works were stuck due to Corona. Not only that, the last 6 months dearness allowance could not be paid to the state employees. Now before Diwali, class 4 employees will be given an expensive allowance of Rs 3,500. Retired employees will also benefit.
