Self-reliant India: Two brothers from Jammu and Kashmir create short video app 'Nukular' like Tiktok, allowing users to create videos up to 60 seconds
Two brothers from Budgam district in Jammu and Kashmir have created another app like Chinese short video app Tiktok. Inspired by PM Modi's self-reliant India mission, the two brothers have created a short video app. The government put a ban on tiktok in June this year after a border dispute in Ladakh's Galwan valley.
Both brothers are app developers and software engineers
App developer Tipu Sultan Wani and his elder brother Mohammad Farooq Wani have teamed up to create a short video app called Nucular. Farooq is a software engineer. Earlier, Tipu also created an app file sharing tool like the Chinese app SHAREit. The File Share Tool app transfers files at a speed of 40MB per second. After creating the file share tool app, the two brothers decided to create an app like Tiktok.
Created the app in a month
"We got a good response from people by creating an app file share tool like ShareChat," Tipu said. A lot of people sent us e-mails asking us to create an app like Tiktok. Then we started creating the Nuclear app. It took us a month. I created this app with big brother. Songs, dialogues and duets can be created on this app.
Used the latest technique to create the app
Tipu further said that the latest technology available on the Google Play Store has been used to give a better experience to the users. Videos can be loaded faster even at slow internet speeds. The features that are a part of this handset are quite sophisticated, to say the least.
Many filters present in the app
The app uses the latest techniques for ARmask, beauty filters, VR backgrounds. Other tools for filtering and editing will also be added to the app. 5 to 60 second videos can be uploaded. Users can also add video edits, cuts and music. This is a 4K resolution app.
Users with 5000 followers will get Rs.2000
The two brothers have also launched a competition on the app. Any user who first makes 5,000 followers will get a prize of Rs 2,000. They are working on a new update so that the user can earn more based on likes and shares. There is an atmosphere of happiness among the people of Budgam with this app made in the option of Tiktok.
Good response on Play Store
Nucleus is getting good response on Google Play Store. The size of the app is 46MB. More than 1 thousand downloads have been received so far. The app has received 4 star reviews on the Play Store. The latest update of the app has been released on November 12.
