 ICAI CA 2021: Institute announces new schedule for May session exams, CA exams will now be held from July 5

    CA Candidates' Orientation Course or IT Training Completion Time Extended to June 30

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) today announced the schedule for the CA May session examination. Intermediate, Final and PQC examinations for old and new courses will start from July 5, 2021. Candidates appearing for the May session examination can view the notification on ICAI's official website icai.org.

Official notification made public

According to the official notification issued in this regard, the examinations for CA May, 2021 including Chartered Account Intermediate (IPC) (Under Old Scheme), Intermediate (Under New Scheme) will now start from Monday, July 5, 2021. Detailed program / notification for each examination will be announced soon.

In addition, the institute has extended the deadline for completion of orientation course or IT training for CA candidates till June 30. Previously this time limit was May 31, 2021.

Information received 40 days before the exam

Earlier, the institute had announced in a notification dated April 27 that the exams would be held on May 21 and 22. The new date of the examination will be given to the students at least 25 days in advance. The institute has announced the date of CA Intermediate, Final and PQC courses 40 days in advance.
