 1. Do High- Intensity Exercises 




 To keep your metabolism and fat burning rate high for hours, you need to do high- intensity exercise. Dr Aparna says, “ HIIT, running, swimming and cycling are some of the exercises you can try to ameliorate your metabolism and burn fat. ” It can also burn a lot of calories in a short quantum of time. 

2. Do not skip refection 

 Skipping refection or eating veritably little isn't the right way to lose weight. In fact, it can mess with your metabolism in the long run. According to Dr Aparna, “ Eating at regular intervals helps in maintaining metabolic balance. Having a small mess or snack 1- 2 times in between main refection pets up the metabolism.

 6. Drink Enough Water
