New Delhi: In the Corona era, many messages go viral on social media, which are not really true. Many people get into trouble because of such fake news. Many such messages or posts have gone viral on Facebook and WhatsApp these days, and after a fact check, it was realized that this is completely false.

One such message is going viral these days, saying that the central government is going to transfer Rs one lakh to the accounts of all women under the Mahila Swarozgar Yojana. But this message is not true, as no such announcement has been made by the government.

PIB, an organization of the Government of India, has made a separate statement after investigating the veracity of the viral message. The PIB fact check team said the claim was fake. No scheme like women's self-employment is being run by the central government.
