Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

Tomato - cup

Beans - cup

Capsicum - cup

Carrot - cup

Cabbage - 1 cup

Green Onion - cup

Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)

Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)

Black pepper powder - tsp

Black salt - To taste

Olive oil - 2 to 3 tsp

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

  • ·     First, chop all the vegetables finely and keep them aside.
  • ·   In the next step, put olive oil in a vessel and fry the garlic and ginger.
  • ·  When it turns light brown, add finely chopped onion and start roasting.
  • ·     When the color of the onion changes, slowly add all the vegetables in it.
  • ·    Add 2-3 spoons of water to it so that the vegetables do not burn. Cook the vegetables on medium flame for about 2 minutes.
  • ·    Now you will see that the vegetables have started becoming soft, in this step you have to add 2 to 3 glasses of water.
  • ·    Now put the vegetables to cook on medium flame and add black salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
  • ·    Let the soup cook well on medium flame for at least 10 minutes.
  • ·   In the last step, take corn flour in a bowl and mix it with water and mix it in the soup.
  • ·   During this, keep stirring the soup so that no lumps remain in the cornflour.
  • ·   After this, you have to cover it and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. Add lemon juice to bring a tangy taste to the soup and enjoy the soup hot.
